Join a community of like-minded music enthusiasts, led by Beatles expert Walter Everett, Professor of Music at the University of Michigan and author of The Beatles as Musicians, What Goes On, and The Foundations of Rock . Each week you'll have free access to the 45-minute "All Together Now" presentation, then you'll meet in a small group seminar with Dr. Everett to explore topics like the relationship of lyrics to harmony, melody, rhythm, tone color, formal structure, and recording techniques in Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band. The course will be conducted on Zoom. Enrollment is limited to twenty-five participants on a first-come first-served basis.
